Over a handful of childhood years, Jon displayed a form of Chronic Tic Disorder, or what most people would likely refer to as a mild case of Tourette’s Syndrome. The semi-voluntary action involved an irregular blinking to allieviate an uncomfortable sensation of the eye.
Jon was able to suppress the compulsion until it eventually faded.
This seems a bit of a ridiculous question, but can a hypochondriac be worried about hypochondria? Seems to be a bit circular in logic.
Or is hypochondria only related to symptoms physical in nature? Perhaps a hypochondriac would not worry about hypochondria because it is not a physical illness. So what would be the equivalent in regards to mental instabilities or disorders?
